Currently there are a lot of Halals restaurants in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.ere, Malaysian cuisines. It is up to you where do you want to go. There is also a local Muslim foods stall, but you need some transportation and guides to go to the location.

After almost two weeks in Cambodia, of course I am craving for the halals foods, As Phnom Penh was my last destination, I decided to try a few halal restaurant that served Malaysian cuisines. Actually this was my third time in Phnom Penh. I really want to try all the halal restaurant in thi town, unfortunately I do have the time and my stomach is literally small (really? LOL)

The Balloon Restaurant and Cafe is a partnership between Malaysian and Cambodians. It is located at the center of Phnom Penh, and if you are staying around the town, you can simply walk to the restaurant.

Acafé setting is known as a casual social environment where you can find people reading newspapers and magazines, playing board games, studying or chatting with others about current events. It is known also regarded as a place where information can be exchanged.

A café is sometimes called a coffeehouse or a coffee shop or tea shop in English, a café in French and a bar in Italian. (Cafe or café is the common spelling used in English, French, Spanish, et al. however the word is spelled "caffè" in Italian.) It shares some characteristics of a bar and some characteristics of a restaurant given its selection of foods and beverages served, but is distinct from a cafeteria which is a type of restaurant where customers can choose from many dishes displayed on a serving line.

 In some countries, cafés are designed to more closely resemble restaurants whereby offering a range of hot meals and possibly licensed to serve alcohol. Most British cafés however, do not sell alcohol likely due to the prominent pub culture.


BALLOON RESTAURANT AND CAFE  offers good simple food at amazing prices in Phnom Penh. You’ll find expats, backpackers and trendy locals all enjoying the cheap and tasty dishes from their Khmer, food and drink  menus. You’ll also find 

The fried noodles and rice are good staples, and ST 6A version of Khmer roasted eggplant with beef and halals food , is also a tasty favorites. The indoor-outdoor dining area is small, so its popularity sometimes means sharing a table with other diners if you want to eat straight away.
